I don't know all of the personalities, but I'll put the personalities of the 13 main gods.
Earlier Zeus had decreed that gods and goddesses cannot contact their demi-god offspring directly - for the simple reason that the gods were turning too human when they fell in love. In the original Percy Jackson series, Poseidon caused this for turning too human over his family, 150 years ago in forum time. At the end of the series Percy requested the gods to contact their children so a new war doesn't break out again, making them swear on the river styx - so by the age of 13 at the latest, the gods must claim their children and have them taken to Camp Half Blood.

Ares - Ares is rather arrogant, and stubborn. He doesn't give up, and when he wins he is rather cocky about it. He doesn't show much warmth to his children unless they do something like kill a drakon(Like a dragon, except muuuuuch more powerful)... even then it's more of a fist-pump scenerio.

Apollo - Apollo is constantly sprouting poetry, and not that good of poetry either - for the last few hundred years since he went to Japan, he found a love for Haiku.. like I said, he isn't that good at it. His personality is cheerful, humerous, and a little self-centered.

Hera - Though she tries to make herself look great, she actually pretty much cares for her 'perfect' family... hence why she blamed Zeus for throwing Hephaestus off of Olympus, even though she herself threw him because he was an 'imperfection' to her 'perfect' family.

Hades - Hades is selfish, and greedy - but he does show a nice side to people who he loves. Surprising, huh? When he doesn't get his way, he often throws temper tantrums... now, imagine a god who can practically split the earth in half stomping his foot down. That's not a nice sight. His very presence invokes a charisma that tends to make others do his bidding, and feel like they should be bowing to him

Athena - Athena is wise, (Bet you didnt see that one coming) and intelligent, seeking to find the best battle strategies. Because of this, in battle Zeus never lets her leave his side. She is a strong, and proud woman - she loves and looks out for her children in any way possible, and often is seen threataning a person who is falling in love with one of her children.

Zeus - Zeus is often seen as dramatic, constantly having dramatic entries. (Oh, your average coming in and out of the room in a flash of blinding light...) His fatal flaw is being power hungry, resulting in him being rather... paranoid.

Poseidon - Poseidon is patient but also unpredictable, like the ocean: at times you can see its emotion, but most of the time you can't. He loves his children and is constantly tryign to help them in any way he can, though at times letting them be so they can learn for themselves.

Demeter - Demeter is rather... how should I put this? pushy about cereal.

Artemis - Artemis is the most patient and un-egotistic of the 13 major gods, often being the one to calm the gods' arguments when they meet. She has a love for nature, and will always obey to her vows.

Hephaestus - Some legends showed that Hephaestus was a kind friendly and peaceful god who loved making things for others. However, he also had a very jealous personality and was bitter about how the other gods treated him.

Hermes - His personality type is best described as "Histrionic" (deliberately affected, or over-the-top in behavior).
He was extremely arrogant and deceitful due to the fact that he is the god of messengers...not to say he didn't change the messages sometimes..
Hermes is the god of shepherds, land travel, merchants, weights and measures, oratory, literature, athletics and thieves, and known for his cunning and shrewdness. Most importantly, he is the messenger of the gods.

Dinoysus - Dinoysus's personality is rather selfish and sarcastic.. pretty much if you read the book that's it.

Aphrodite - Aphrodite talks for you, with a mirror involved of course. When encountered, she will probably mess with your love life as much as she can.
