Effect:
-Takes form of a ring with a lightning bolt on it when not being used
-Lightning runs through the spear, giving the spear the ability to numb the opponent when the spear hits something.
-Returns to the owner's pocket if lost or throw in it ring form.

History: Zeus gave it to Richter when he went on his first quest. He has had it ever since.
